Who you are agreeing with
LiveryYardPro is provided by Steony Ltd. By creating an account or joining a yard you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the app.
Your account
You need your own account — do not share a login with the rest of the yard. The whole point of the timeline is that every entry carries the name of the person who made it, and a shared login destroys that. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it.
You must be 16 or over to hold an account.
Yards, horses and owners
A yard only sees a horse because its owner shared it, and only the parts of the record they chose. You agree to use what you are shown to look after that horse and for nothing else — not to contact owners for unrelated marketing, and not to pass their information on.
If you run a yard, you are responsible for who you invite into it. Remove people who leave.
What the app is and is not
LiveryYardPro is a record-keeping tool. It is not veterinary advice, and it does not replace a vet, a farrier or your own judgement. Where the app shows no data for something — a distance it cannot honestly measure, an area an owner has not shared — that absence is not a statement that nothing happened.
Keep your own copies of anything you would be unable to reconstruct. We back the service up, but no backup is a substitute for you having what you need.
While it is in development
LiveryYardPro has not launched. During development the app is provided as it is, it may change, and features may be added or removed. We will not knowingly delete your yard's records without telling you.
Payment
There is no charge today and no price has been set. If and when a subscription is introduced, we will tell you the price and give you the choice before anything is taken. Nothing here obliges you to pay for a future version.
Ending it
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service, to get at information the account holder is not entitled to, or to break the law.
Liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
